Phil Diol
directs a User Experience & Measurement team at JPMorgan Chase. His team partners with intranet development teams to drive consistency and optimize user experience for the firm. Phil received his MFA from The Ohio State University, and regularly teaches interactive and design courses in the department.
Monica Longmire
joined the centralized Corporate Technology User Experience and Measurement team at JPMorgan
Chase & Co. in 2008. As part of this team, she is involved in the full user-centered design process of user research, user and task analysis, iterative design and usability testing. She is a Certified iRise Modeler.
Jason Tseng
is a User-Centered Designer for JPMorgan Chase’s Corporate Technology User Experiences & Measurement Team. He has over 10+ years of experience working with various websites and is an iRise Certified Modeler and HFI Certified Usability Analyst. iRise is a prototyping tool but provides lot more … come find out

Lisa Dragin is currently a Research & Customer Experience Manager at Metrics Marketing Group. She is also the Secretary of NEOUPA, the local chapter of the Usability Professionals’ Association.
Lisa has a passion for making the world easier to use. She has master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University, experience in a variety of industries and with a variety of products, and a passion for making technology usable. Her experience spans industries including health care, financial services, retail, public sector, and more. Lisa has an excellent track record in usability testing, user research, user experience design, and prototype development. Her passion and experience helps her to continue to make a difference for her clients.
